Basics
Booking & Cancellation Policies
We are not able to adjust your appointment on the day of if you changed your mind.
If you changed your mind and wanted less - You might have to pay the price of the original appointment.
Booking in an appointment with us that is a Colour Correction or a lengthy appointment may require a non-refundable $50 booking bond which will be credited to your account and will be deducted from the total amount payable on the day of service.
This deposit can be paid with Afterpay in Salon.
Follow up Policies
If you are unhappy with the result of the of your service, please let us know within 7 days after your appointment and we’ll have you back in to remedy that for you!
Text Confirmations
We will send out a text to confirm your appointment 2 days before you are due to come in. We ask that our clients respond by confirming or declining the appointment. If we do not get a response, we will attempt to make contact. failing this, we may need to find someone else to fill the appointment, resulting in you forfeiting the service.
FAQs
What happens if I decide I want more work done than what I booked for?
If you want more done than originally booked, we can do as much as possible during your appointment and then schedule a follow-up for the rest. Keep in mind this will take longer than doing it all at once, so feel free to contact us if you're not sure about timing.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Not a drama - things come up and plans change!
Flick us a DM, email or cancel your booking online. We Just ask that you give us a minimum 48 hours notice.
We charge a cancellation fee of $150 or the cost of the appointment (whichever is less) for last minute cancellations. The only reason for this fee is to pay for the stylists time.
Do you have Afterpay?
Yes! We do accept afterpay :) Feel free to ask us questions if you need help with it.
